How to Make Sourdough Bread

When I make sandwich bread, what I like to do is slice it first and then stick it in the freezer. So I'm assuming that would be like the same thing you do with sourdough. Oh and then raw milk was the other question. Yeah. I have never tried to freeze raw milk. I freeze regular store-bought milk all the time but I don't have a milk cow or anything. We used to be able to get raw milk really easily but I would always just go through it. It wouldn't matter whether that was a yeast loaf or a sourdough loaf. It would be the same process.
