The company is now able to go after the big landlords and spread those costs around. Does this approach then give them the credibility they would need with the rating agencies? Absolutely yes, i think there their kind of rapid growth gave them a huge amount of credibility. But again, they have to meet all of these really stringent aquirements for the credit bureaus. They've got a decision to make - are they literally choosing between sticking with this rental approach or leaving one behind?
