The Relationship Between the Governor and the State Government in Arizona

There's been a lot of back and forth between me, the two governors. I haven't gone along with the COVID craziness. In this state, and maybe in most states, the sheriff kind of has the last word on what they will enforce. And it seems like so far there's no ability for anybody at the county level or state level to veto me on those issues.
