The Importance of Deep Thinking and Pricing Early On

Pricing is very high leverage, right? Because if you're under pricing, you could probably like triple your prices next month and just triple your revenue. So I think it's a good way to test your business assumptions because your product has some costs involved in terms of selling it, marketing it or some support. If the pricing doesn't cover those things, the business is not viable. And at the other hand, if it covers them by huge margin, the business could be really viableBecause they have a lot of money to throw into like customer acquisition, for example, or support. When you price well and grow your revenue, it increases your runway, it gives you more optionality
