The Origin Story of Agency
For us, the way that we are trying to push our practice is really to decenter ourselves as designers and like to push as much of the work into the control of community. And throughout the human centred design process, really trying to think about, how do we as agency designers, design the process, but not necessarily control the outcomes of it? An example that i love to share is that i walk into a room tor a group with a family advisory board, and see a woman whom i know from a previous project, and that sense of like, i understand you.
