Triceps are like, higher reps, for sure, especially on the elbows. If youre goon for five, six reps, it doesn't only work. Biceps a bit lower, but moreth you know, five to eight rep range as my elbows can handle it. shoulders do better for a bit more on the higher end of the rep range. And especily, if you're doing standing barble presses,you know, if you'r goon for four or five raps, thats just so much stress on the core and stability.
