I think this is exactly the right question. We want to have a more traditional model where we have urban leadership that is politically diated and determined be in the driver's seat, and then have technology providers as suppliers. I agree with your intuition, and i'm actually relatively hopeful looking at some of the cities that you wouldn't necessarily look to medein and columbia to think, oh my god, here's like an amazing erban modero. But the way turned around their city, i am just in awe. They startit by delegating real decisions over which projects e built to local communitis.
