When Things Go Wrong, You've Got to Be Positive
i was watching it unfold and thought, it's just one of these things, just so uncontrollable. But the emotion that goes with it must have been so intense. And at that point, you have to be very, very careful in terms of that whole sort of accountability ladder. Don't try and do it when you're upset. You know that that takes time. All the things that you should do in the moment are very hard to do when you're sort of processing im but i think it's just having that pilter between the internal and the external.
