The Market Reaction to Inflation

President of the Richmond Fed Thomas Barkin made comments that seem hawkish. He said, "We are past peak on inflation, but we still have a ways to go" The rates market has kind of spoken today, right? Yields haven't moved that much, but if anything, those short end yields came back down. So there's no no one really believes that they're going to be able to be particularly hawkish.
