I Haven't Talked to One Customer Since I Got Here
I haven't talked to one customer since getting here. Our c e o hired me because he liked the vision that i had for our products. I'm not saying i'm steve jobs, but i do think i have a pretty good vision and believe in that vision. So ye i haven't had one customer interview, held one focus group or run one survey since i got here.
