The real differentiator is the skill level of the worker. High paid and more highly educated workers seem to reallicate successfully out of manufacturing into other obs. The short run, it's just done enormous damage to most of the inperson service jobs. A lot of those jobs paid only the minimum wage, even so many of them won't come back....
