The Conservatives' Net Zero Policy

The aim is net zero and no minister can tell me the cost. The minimum is a trillion pounds, a thousand billion, and it's probably going to be five. When you think that the UK is only about 1% of world emissions and China are being allowed to double their emissions, all this green technology that we're importing doesn't add up at all.
