Dividend Leaders: A Look at the Screens

We're going to go through each of these screens. We can't disclose the exact criteria for these dividend REIT and utility leaders. But in general, what we've talked about is incorporated into these screens. Not all of them have these super huge yields like MPLX or EPD. These are oil and gas plays. Some of these have been terrific companies without a doubt. The median yield of this screen was around 3.7, 3.8%. So that's significantly higher than the 1.6% we're getting for the S&P 500.
