I would say from my three box lens, if you can afford the privilege that you have a healthy balance sheet then you do want to focus on creating the future. Digital transformation is getting accelerated. Microsoft has just said that they've seen digital transformation that would take two years, happen in two months. Can we leverage this opportunity to acquire talent cheaply? It's another thought that companies should be taking on at this moment.
