Hemarthrosis and Joint Aspiration
Early diagnosis and treatment can help reduce the risk for joint destruction when hemar throsis is suspected. Plain film radiography is the initial preferred imaging modality. Joint aspiration can often be therapeutic for patients by reducing intra articular pressure. Neostarthoritus develops from excessive joint burden that leads to bio mechanical degradation of articular cartilage.
