i'm working on a second edition of my book, bigger leaner stronger. The sequel is meant for intermediate weight lifters. I think you have to get very specific in the end to really get there. But that's how i'm going about my dealoading right now. It's every fourth week. And it seems to be a nice balance between the training stimulus and the recovery back off. Just taking the whole week off is a thing that can also give some people extra motivation.
