What Is Consciousness?

The million dollar question, religious scholars and lots of studies all throughout philosophy, psychology, ask, what is consciousness? And that is at the heart of your book, is, what are we preserving? And so i want to start with, what do you think consciousness is? And there was a part in the book where you you sort of defined it, but then there was also a departure from that. So tell me more about that. Im, well, in researching this book, i read a lot of narro science texts. M andi was really interested in a very kind of rationalists, empirical understanding of what consciousness is. I don't think we'll be able to replicate consciousness
