There's plenty of debt funds there's plenty of equity funds not a lot that sit in the middle where you are and I guess one of the reasons why that doesn't happen is because it's a different skill set right. Have you built the team internally to make sure you account for very strong credit underwriting but also the skills that you need for a VC which we can argue about?
