The Importance of Governance in Experimentation

organizations have to whether like an experimentation of us not like an IRB i'm thinking more center of excellence or governance whose job that it's not their job to manage those teams. Their job is to collect the data and metrics that will allow for those teams to be governed. Most experimentation teams are siloized in a way and they're not independently governed so they're marking their own homework basically.
