There's a lot more risk than you think on these smaller deals. You could still trip up and give away all the i po byck, you coul stub your toes. Every deal has it's own dynamic. I didn't know it was possible that when you buy a buildingh, you have to ask to see if the land comes with it or not. When you go international, it just, it gets so much more challenging.
