The Prologue of Genesis One

In the midst of all that, it happened, god shows up. The messiah was born. Then we come across an author like the apostle john who writes a biography about this messiah. And in doing so, he uplolds the prologue of genesis as is foundation to articulate all of that. Maybe these words are familiar to you as well, or maybe it's the first time. Either way, john is honoring jesus as the same god who overcomes darkness by his light.
