I think something I've had to really learn, which is maybe more like culturally coded to men to do, is to not be able to just hear pain. And the thing that I've learned a lot is that if you want to actually make someone feel better, almost always makes them feel worse unless they're asking for it. So even though it doesn't make you feel better with the pain, at least there's a purpose to it maybe. See, so there are two tears.
