L2s are not fully baked out, they are not fully decentralized. Most of it, if you look at OptiMists and have fraud-pooged saliva yet today. I think the entire Ethereum roadmap is going to change before they figure out how to decentralize sequencers. The wormhole exploiter had this 120,000 ETH stolen from them last week.
