Is Body-Wood Cameras a Good Idea?

I think a lot of police departments really felt pressure to do something the last time we had this conversation. And body-worn cameras are actually like the cameras themselves are cheap, it's the storage cost for all the video that's extremely expensive. But if the hope was that if we're doing it for spending all this money because we think it'll change office or behavior, it does not seem to be a slam dunk on that outcome. There's a police reform organization that many people might have heard of called a eight can't wait,. which has been promoting kind of a eight point platform of stuff that sounds pretty sensible to me.
