When you have cravings, it's your body trying to tell you that you need fuel of some sort. I like bananas, but I'm not necessarily a banana person. And yet there was a time when I was craving bananas and it actually coincided with the time that I was potassium deficient. Sometimes I crave sweets and that's sometimes a sign that I just need more carbs to fuel than a work that I'm doing. When those little cravings pop up, listen to them. Don't deny yourself. Listen to it."
