When thinking about early stage teams and you and I were chatting about this before we hit record, just on the notion of team building. You know, it's a very important part of building any team because it's the DNA of the team. The first few hires could make all the difference. And so I tend to start right now, for example, we're looking for a marketing leader at Lindinger. So I really think about it from like a first principles perspective as to who's going to be successful in this role.
