How to Build a Successful Onboarding Process

I wonder if there's ever times where you've oversold. Do you onboard the clients yourself or do you have an account manager's team that does that? I'm in the process of figuring out how to like slowly peel myself out of that process too. How you start the relationship really will dictate whether they're with you three months down the road or year down the road. And so really dialing in that onboarding process, creating a world class experience, making sure that you've got quick wins baked in really will make a break.
