Retaining Key Employees in Times of Change

I think that war from talent is going to come back because some people actually change jobs, went to open a different business. And it's very hard to find somebody ready in the market. Sometimes you're not realizing it might be a senior engineer, much more difficult to replace than a HR director. We'll lose our focus on people who are quote, high performers, but they're very important.
