The main problem that they've had is that they failed to enforce, or, in some cases, actively tried to suppress,. the scandals that were going on. And as a result of that, they allowed bad behavior to propagate and wound up ing up in their faces more than if they'd just enforced it right away. I mean, if if seiborg, for example, had a code of conduct that he enforced, If a complaint was brought to him, and he immediately took action and removed that person from the jim, he would have actually come out of this with a reputation better
