Natalie Wexler's The Knowledge Gap is one of the books that really made comprehension and knowledge click for me. I'd also recommend there's some great webinars out there that show examples of you know practice so the reading league is a great resource in Australia. lean on your colleagues that are doing this and just ask to go and visit they're all over the world. There's nothing like going and seeing how people are doing it in their own classroom especially if they're a year or two down the road or more.
