Is the Law of Nations a Product of War?

The law of nations had been the phrase before in the modern period, i think what matters if the conditions for legitimation of state foreign policy changes. There's some kind of new normative and legal framework where we can say, potton's a wrong doer, even if, again, there's nothing to do about it. M now there's the whole he branch um of of international law with regulating war, which is around the conduct of hostilities. And that's am, you know, risen in the lasto hundred years,. alongside this other kind of campaign to stop war, or interdict as many as are worth interdicting.
