How Long Does a Mouse's Training Last?

Researchers used weighted wheel running to mimic resistance training on mice. One group trained for two months, and then they just killed em to analyze all the things they wanted to analyze. Changes in micro arna are one levels decreased when the mice initially trained. But after not training for x months, their micro rna r one levels were basically the same as the mice that had just finished training for two months.
