I really focus on quantity leads to quality. And the numbers are easy. The quality, how do you do that? That's subjective. I think there's just a number of at bats that you've got to get picking up the phone before you understand, okay, that was a quality conversation because I started it this way. But until you do the work and understand quantity, it's really going to be difficult for you to get to what the quality of that content needs to be.
