The Relationship of Mindfulness and Mindfulness
When we are mindful, when the mindfulness is continuous, then we are going from the level of concept of things to a direct experience of the reality. How do we experience our bodies? We experience them as a constellation of different elements,. You may think that as you are sitting or walking and feeling these different sensations, that nothing much is happening, that they are not so interesting and it's not very important. So how do we uproot them? What is the relationship of our practice to the purifying of the mind of these tendencies?
