The Organizational Structure of Facebook
I wonder if you could talk a bit about what your reporting showed about the organizational structure of the company. So if you look at the kind of top level org charts of major tack companies, facebook does really stand out in a few ways. One way is that it does seem like operations is kind of tied into growth in a way that it's a little surprising. And then the other thing is that content policy and public p public policy basically being lobbying, government relations, all sort of report through the same channel.
