I was going to be a dancer. Just like all the books that i had read about how to be a professional ballet dancer had nothing to do with science really. And dancers are, they're treated like empty vessels. I wasn't getting that in my artistic life. When you have a bachelor's degree in bio chemistry, and you're used to doing independent research as an intern in a research laba, being treated like you have nothing personally to contribute is very difficult. Ah, and i was looking for an opportunity to be an adult and to be treated like i had something to intellectually contribute.
