Is There a Difference Between Effectiveness and Non Effectiveness?
To be effective, a force has to not persist. The persistence means that it's not effective as per the line above. So that which remains the same is non effective and kind of like a non force then, right? It's self does not persist. Yeah. Okay. That'd be another way to put it. If something just persists at all times and doesn't arise and pass away, then it's either never distinct or ineffective. And so if something, what would you say? If something just persisted at all times then it's not perceived or it’s never distinct. But in this context we're talking about it at least, um, to hedge a little
