The FTC's Anti-Scale Approach to M&A

The FTC and DOJ have been incredibly aggressive when it comes to M&A. They've litigated much more heavily against deals than previous administrations have. Companies are beginning to get emboldened, I think, and push back against it. But what do you have to do to get a deal done under this FTC? You have to be patient, I think is probably the key.
