How Hard Is It for the Rich to Enter the Kingdom of God?

Jesus said go give it to the poor he didn't even care what happened to the money he just didn't want the boy to have to deal with the distraction that would make him miss the walk. He then says to them it's easier to shove a heavy rope to the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to inherit the kingdom of god or who then can be saved according to this translation.
