When you see a colleague who is having essentially emotional problems because her workload is higher than she can handle, what's the best way to intervene or to try to help? I went back and forth on this one between you should have just a zero tolerance policy and explained to this woman, this is an acceptable workplace behavior. So at what point do you just cut it off and say I'm done? Arguably, it's not her job to try to fix this. One does wonder what the actual boss thinks of all this.
