The Problem With Collective Organisations in the Labour Market
I think the problem that we have is that inequality has increased massively during COVID. The way that different people have been hit with regards to their job depends on are your customers rich or are your customers ordinary families. So, I don't want to see us go down that path. That's my concern, is that it gets used to create division. And of course, with that question, I support the strike in workers. But you can see in the media, they're going to do what they always do, which is try and use that to create division between workers who are not getting pay rises and workers who are right.
