As a tall, lanky fifth grader, i was often told i should model. I figure this was for me. A classmate of mine introduced me to being a window model because she was also doing it. The whole idea is crazy to think about now, as an adult and a mother. But the time i thought, great, we got to wear cool clothes, hang out at the mall for a few hours and tell our friends we were models. What pretins wouldn't love this? Absolutely. It's so exploitative a now, and you you know, it' funny. That's what 11 drop your fifth grader off at them all, have them work for a brand
