Para Programming Is a Tool Within the Tool Belt

Pairing is a tool to be used when it makes sense and when it feels good to you. I think pairing will always be more tiring than programming by yourself. It's an incredible way to accomplish what most like accomplished things that most teams want. Pairing works better than code review for things like catching bugs, having better design or staying consistent. You can push back on things in the moment in a pair that you wouldn't really want to do on a code review. So i basically, i am a very big fan of pairing. But if you find interaction with people draining is opposed to energizing then don't use perprogramming.
