What Was Happening in the Land Right After Jesus's Death?

The old view is that jesus was more of a galilean guy, this rando who was killed because of blasphemous claims. But ludeman is unpacking what christians believed about him. Even before he died, people were thinking he's the son of god. So there was some high christology there, but i don't think people had unpacked it.
