Is Starting From Scratch a Good Idea?

Do you think it's smart for an existing established community to convert itself into a dower, to tokenize itself? Or is a better like, is starting from scratch? Pretty important that that model is built into system from day on. I think we'll see interesting examples of this being tried. As an example, this was something that i'd been looking at going through sea club. It might be easier to startk just with a web thre native model the beginning.
