Water is 70% of our planet, yet over a billion people have either limited or no access to water. Every year, water kills more people than all other forms of violence combined including war. In 2010, UN proclaimed that the world met the millennium goals of having the proportion of people without access to improve source of water. But we may have celebrated too soon according to Shafikal Islam and Peter Glick.
