How Long Does It Take to Write a TDD?

When you consult too much, you kind of forget about what the real world is like sometimes. Some things fall into the zombie zone and other things you have to discover what you need. The time for the person that isn't doing TDD and testing in a in a print F sort of way takes about the same time as a person that's brand new a TDD for this problem. But now there's some things that don't apply that are hard to approach with TDD.
