Coffee and Wine - What Are the Differences?

When we compare coffee and wine for consumers, we are often not accomplishing what we hope to accomplish. We think we are elevating fee by giving it wine status. But really we are contributing to the gas lighting of many cultures that have been forced to grow a crop they are not familiar with.
