visualization without actually having something to look at externally work in a meaningful way. It did for the people that I was working with because I recorded their reactions of when they saw their, their older self for the first time and you can tell that it was different than when they were just thinking about retirement. And so we have stimulation that we get just by living our lives is overwhelming. So when we take that into consideration, when we can make something materialize be concrete be visual and makes it harder for us to forget right.
