Lionsgate's Separation of Stars and Studio Business

Lionsgate is going to be spinning off a portion of their business. I don't think any of the S1s or any of that have come out yet because they're still talking about, but they did release a PR on it. Despite the volatile Mark environment Lionsgate entertainment remains on PAP to start. We are continuing productive negotiations with prospective strategic and financial partners on both sides of our business.
